The actual package came completely torn up as if someone ripped it open. They toy was also really dirty but I cleaned it off with alcohol so thankfully no stains. The toy itself is amazing and my cat loves it.

My cats are enjoying this toy. It’s tall enough so that it doesn’t get stuck under furniture and it’s quiet as well.

The cat ball works well if you do not have Tile Floors with grout lines. If you do, the ball will not, and can not roll out of the Tile grout lines. It is not powerful enough. So, for me, the pet ball does not work. But, for others that have flat floors, it most likely works fine.
